Outreach's Feb 2025 product release recap

As we dive head-first into 2025, Outreach is doubling down on our mission to unlock the world’s full selling potential by inspiring human connection and leveraging AI to decrease the bureaucratic gap to making great decisions.  

With our first quarterly release of 2025, we continue to ensure that sellers can maximize their time with the right customers, listen to their needs, help diagnose their problems, and offer solutions via our sales execution platform and industry leadership. We are proud to bring a number of enhancements to our platform that elevate the Outreach experience for our customers:  

  • Expansion of capabilities for Account Executives and giving them the ability to execute their workflows on-the-go. 
  • Providing sales leadership and RevOps teams with more powerful, enterprise-grade forecasting and reporting 
  • Ensuring a dynamic and secure experience for all Outreach users with continuous reinforcement of our platform governance and extensibility.  

Workflows for Sellers on-the-go 

Selling happens everywhere. For Account Executives who go beyond the desk,   the rapid development of the Outreach mobile applications supports sellers wherever they are. The most recent update to the mobile app enables sellers to execute email tasks, manage their inbox, and place calls using the in-app dialer.  

In-app Smart Views allow sellers to manage their accounts and prospects on-the-go. The upcoming March update will only improve sellers’ management of opportunities plus added support for templates, variables, and snippets. 

But the mobile app doesn’t get all the attention. Outreach continues to improve the desktop platform, including everyday activities for AEs like streamlined Kaia meeting insights, follow-ups, and sharing controls that ensure that only the right people have access to call insights.  

Enterprise-grade forecasting and reporting 

We are proud to serve the needs of intricately-composed, large revenue teams that leverage Outreach to manage their full customer lifecycle. A number of enhancements this quarter support our continued status as a leader in this space for enterprises across the globe.  

Sales leaders can now enjoy Net Summary forecasts, providing a holistic view of the business — inclusive of new business and churn and contraction to understand the net impact on the business for the quarter. Eight new metrics to the custom layouts metric library empowers sales leaders and managers to easily dig into the data and insights they need.  

For large teams, it’s critical for teams to easily report and take action on accounts to celebrate, adjust, and rectify. The new Account Plan status enables comprehensive reporting for unique insights into Account Plan health and effectiveness. Additionally, Account Plans feature Tile Templates so that leaders can govern exactly what information is provided by sellers.  

Platform governance and extensibility 

Outreach ♥’s admins. We’re proud to highlight quality-of-life improvements for users and administrators of Outreach. While some of these seemingly minor enhancements may not be as flashy AI-powered introductions, they represent the constant evolution of the platform to best represent the feedback that we hear from customers.  

Admins will find enhancements to custom object functionality with cross-object filtering, making it easier to filter triggers, and simplifying the process to find the insights they need with reporting navigation updates.  

Finally, we're excited to unveil improved support for key technology partners including Snowflake, Microsoft Dynamics, and Zoom. Outreach Data Enrichment for Snowflake enables key first-party signals to be leveraged by Outreach users for more powerful data enrichment, beyond just what their CRM provides. Additionally, Dynamics support for revenue attribution and the Zoom mail client further extends the integration of Outreach into the broader technology ecosystems of contemporary revenue teams.
